She was predeceased by: her husband Harold Hoffman. She is survived by: her sons, Duane Hoffman (Laurie), Gary Hoffman (Danette) and Randy Hoffman (Teresa). She is also survived by her 10 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, May 10th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Cramer Community Center (3622 Township Hwy 49, Galion, OH 44833).
