He was predeceased by: his mother Dorthea Mae Rogers (Fitzpatrick); his sister Pamela Dettra; and his sister-in-law Linda Rogers (King). He is survived by: his father Doyle Rogers; and his siblings, Ronald, Allen Rogers and Teresa King. He is also survived by eight nieces and numerous great nieces and nephews.
