He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Rush (Sandra) and Pollyann Fenster (Dowler). He is survived by: his daughters, Tabatha Rush, Kathy Rush (Paul Deschner) and Sabrina Reed (Kyle Pfleiderer); his grandchildren, Bryan "Junior" Ferris, Jakob Ferris, April Pfleiderer, AliRae Pfleiderer, McKenna Reed and Harold Pfleiderer; and his siblings, Karen Legg, Melissa Deer, Bonnie Haugen (Tim) and Eddie Rush. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins.
