She is survived by: her husband Gary Forbes of Mount Gilead, OH; her children, Paul Forbes (Anne) of Dublin, OH, Rachel Forbes of Marion, OH and Anna Desrosiers (Nik) of Wadsworth, OH; her grandchildren, Isaac Forbes, Abigail Forbes and Jensen Desrosiers; and her siblings, James Kostek (Roberta) of Seneca, PA, Thomas Kostek (Shirley) of Oil City, PA, John Kostek of Oil City, PA, Christine Kostek of Seneca, PA and Marianne Nulph (Keith) of Franklin, PA. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
