He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis David Miller and Mildred Marie Springston; his brother David R. Miller (May E.); and his stepson Gary D. Butler Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Archalene Rose Butler-Miller (Kurtz); his children, Angela Hoffman-Cromberg, Philip D. Butler, Dustin E. Miller and Archie Katherine Michelle Miller; and his grandchildren, Handsome', Johnathan Scott Hoffman, Ashley May Thompson, Marjorie Rose Butler, Trinity Marie Cromberg, Gary D. Butler Jr., Emily I. Butler, Derreck Allen Stump, Macy V. Butler, Isaiah Gauze, Hadley R. Butler and Temperence Miller.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, February 23rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Perry Congress Joint Fire District (7478 Co Rd 242, Mt Gilead, OH 43338).
