With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Janet L. (Fissell) Burns of Mount Gilead, Ohio, who passed away on September 23, 2022 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edgar Morris and Verna Inez Fissell (Sellers); her spouse Carroll M. Burns; her daughter Beverly High; her granddaughter Kristin Burns; her great grandchild Alex Cooper; and her children-in-law, John Pagani and Margie Burns.
She is survived by: her children, Sheila Pagani of Galion, Gene Burns of Johnsville and Vicky Ault (Deo) of Caledonia; her grandchildren, Michelle Maley (Kevin), Lisa Kohls (Marty), Tia Pagani (Cindy), Ginger Schwaigert (Mike), Jeremy Burns (Carrie), Kellie Evans (Josh), Melissa Radel (Jason), Andrea Ault, Shanna Smith (David), Cory High and Ryan High (Darci); and her son-in-law Bud High. She is also survived by 25 great-grandchildren and 14 great-great-grandchildren; two step grandchildren; one step great grandchild and one step great-great grandchild.
