He was predeceased by : his parents, Noah B. Owens and Rose Emma Owens (Webb); and his sisters, Patricia Blackburn, Linda McCormick, Shelby Griffitts and Pearl Owens.

He is survived by : his children, James Owens of Frazeysburg, OH. and Rachel Terry of Mount Vernon, OH.; his grandchildren, Brooklynn West, Jenna Owens, Nathan Owens, Travis Owens, Nicki Wilkinson, Justina Owens and Joshua Cotter; and his great grandchildren, Ava Wilkinson, Klara Owens and Cora West.
