He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Carl and Alta Blanche Baughman (Brown); his former wife Ruth Baughman (Albright); and his daughter Carol Baughman. He is survived by: his wife L. "Jean" Baughman (Jenkins); and his daughter Kim Ward.

Memorial contributions in Harold's name may be made to Shriners Hospitals for Children.
