The memory of Evelyn I. Guiher of Mount Gilead, Ohio, born in Prospect, Ohio, who passed away on April 22, 2024 at the age of 85, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. Though Evelyn may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Evelyn touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Long and Thelma Long; her husband Virgil Guiher; her sister Mary Ann Harper; and her grandson Parker Randolph.

She is survived by: her children, Howard Guiher of Mount Gilead, Rebecca Horner (Fred) of Houston, TX, John Guiher (Paula) of Marietta, GA and Amy Randolph of New Braunfels, TX; and her sister Judy Hite. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and a multitude of extended family and dear friends.
