She is survived by: her husband Eugene Dumbaugh; her children, Timothy L. Fields (Becky) of Utica, Karen E. Dawson (Keith) of Lexington, Ohio and Sheila S. Kennard (Greg) of Lexington, Ohio; her stepdaughter Charlene Pace of Cardington, Ohio; her grandchildren, Chanda Goon, Marshall Fields, Amy Dawson, Mason Fields, Tyson Fields, Adam Dawson, Cody Fields, Felicia Dawson, Brittany Kennard, Chad Kennard and Cameron Pace; her great grandchildren, Avery Goon, Allison Goon, Gabriel Dawson, Naomi Dawson, Isabella Dawson, Millie Fields, Oliver Fields, Stella Fields, Nora Kennard, Libby Fields and Sage Kennard; and her siblings, James Lewis of Shelby, Brenda Damron of Martinsville, Sharon Roberts of Norwalk and Steve Lewis of Willard, Ohio..
