She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Simmons and Pearl Simmons (Smith); her husband Berkley "Ike" Tuggle Sr.; her daughter-in-law Pam Tuggle; her brothers, Tommy and Gary Simmons; and her sister-in-law Sheryl Simmons.
She is survived by: her children, Berkley Tuggle Jr. (Lynn), Terry Tuggle (Gaylene), Karen Tuggle, Susan Cornett (Jim), Jeff Tuggle and Tim Tuggle; her siblings, Glenna Raines (Gary), Deb Breedlove (Brad) and Harry Simmons; and her brother-in-law Robert Tuggle (Judy). She is also survived by her 12 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild.
