He is survived by: his wife Nancy Spencer Bastin; his children, Waylon Spencer and Becky Strobel (Steve); his grandchildren, Mahaila Strobel, Tucker Strobel and Walker Strobel; his sister Carla Spencer; his nieces, Brittany and Lindy; his brother Marty Wertz; and his nieces and nephews, Lachelle, April, Timmy (Gary Boothe), Mike, Norma Sherman, Kiley Kinsey and Connie Gledhill.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 5:00 PM at the Bowstring Bar and Grill (109 N Water St, Caledonia, OH 43314).
