He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Rickard and Sarah Louise Rickard (Armentrout); his wife Louise A. (Benjamin); and his siblings, Bob Rickard, Ruth Fisher and Eddie Rickard.
He is survived by: his sons, Edward Rickard of Green Bay, WI, Christopher Rickard (Barb) of Marion and Larry Rickard (Danielle) of Ostrander; and his sisters, Mary Shelton of Grants Pass, OR and Hazel Bailey of Columbus. He is also survived by four grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.
