He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles M. Deem and Rosalind Deem (Gandert). He is survived by: his wife Sieglinde Deem (Sieg) of Mount Gilead, OH; his son Charles A. Deem (Sally) of Marion, OH; his siblings, John Deem (Trudy) of Marion, OH and Pat Fitch of Lewis Center, OH; and his grandson Andrew Deem.
