He was predeceased by: his parents, Emery Weaver and Sara Weaver (Yoder); and his daughter Mary. He is survived by: his wife Anna Miller; his children, Ervin Weaver (Fannie Mae) of Dalton, Emanuel Weaver (Martha) of Apple Creek, Sara Swartzentruber (David) of Fredericksburg, Barabara Keim (Jonas) of Bellville, Nettie Troyer (Aaron) of Apple Creek, Susie Keim (Aden) of Apple Creek and Raymond Weaver (Sara); and his son-in-law Melvin Yoder (Ada). He is also survived by 59 grandchildren; 183 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great-grandchildren; 4 step-grandchildren; 23 step-great-grandchildren.
