He was predeceased by: his parents, John J. D. and Susan Miller (Mast); and his brothers, Eli, Leo and Paul Miller.
He is survived by: his wife Yovonne Miller (Farver); his daughters, Tammy Butler (Steve) and Jody Miller (Steve); his grandchildren, Cody Miller, Blake Miller and Mary Lindsey (Cody); his great grandchild Ethan; his siblings, Emma Troyer (Noah), Iva Miller and Roy Miller (Mary Ellen); and his sisters-in-law, Edna Coblentz and Ann Miller.
Due to the pandemic, private family services will be held and there will be no calling hours.
