She was predeceased by: her parents, Ford Russel and Goldie Sarah Fortune (Randles); her husband Kenneth Bruce Norman; her daughter Julie Muller; and her siblings, Johnny Fortune, Irene Bookman, George Fortune, Clarence Fortune and Paul Fortune.

She is survived by: her children, Sarah Dolgos of Barberton, Kenneth R. Middaugh (Norma) of Apple Creek, David Middaugh of Mount Eaton, Roselea Henry (Jeremy) of Brewster and Melissa Norman of Brewster; her stepdaughter Becky Allan of Mineral Wells; and her sisters, Shirley Sellers of Holmesville and Martha Thomas (Robert) of Jeromesville. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
