We are sad to announce that on October 11, 2024 we had to say goodbye to Walter Lauwers of Mount Cory, Ohio, born in Findlay, Ohio. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfons Lauwers and Geneva Lauwers (Grismore); his son Christopher Lauwers; and his siblings, Larry Lauwers, Tom Lauwers and Kathy Lauwers.
He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Amstutz; his sons, Patrick and Ben Lauwers Sr.; his grandchildren, Benjamin Jr., Cole, Haylie Lauwers, Drake Gonder and Alexis Medley; and his siblings, Deborah Morrison (John), Mark Lauwers (Stephanie) and Kenny Lauwers (Sue).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 17th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Hufford Family Funeral Home (1500 Manor Hill Rd, Findlay, OH 45840). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 17th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, October 17th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Knollcrest Cemetery.
