He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Clark and Faye Clark (Switzer); his son-in-law Danny Conley; and his brothers, Ernest and David Clark.

He is survived by: his wife Margaret A. Decker; and his children, Leroy Clark (Jenny), Carey, Deanna Conley and Ed Clark (June). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, and 10 great grandchildren.
