He was predeceased by: his parents, Domer D. Oman and Dortha Oman (Price); his stepfather Ralph Cole; his son Todd Tyler Oman; and his stepbrother Lynn Cole.
He is survived by: his wife Carol S. Alge; his daughters, Robyn Dilley (Dana) of Mt. Blanchard, Valerie Babb (Scott) of Fostoria and Kristina Van Buskirk (Jason) of Mt. Blanchard; his grandchildren, Jessica Fatica (Nick), Chelsea Whitmire (Jack), Devin Dilley (Emily), Aaron Burch, Alise Murray (Justin), Casey Shank (Kevin), Cortney Moon (Brayden) and Victoria Van Buskirk; his great grandchildren, Hunter Fatica, Wesley Whitmire, Stella Dilley, Chelsea, Amie, Brecken, Davric Burch, Jaycee, Jolee Murray, Mason and Everly Shank; and his sister Sharon Stuckey-McKenzie. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
