He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Lease and Donna Belle Lease (Arnold). He is survived by: his children, Riley E. Lease of Columbus and Taryn R. Lease of Findlay; his brother Dennis Lease (Susan) of Bixby, OK; his nieces, Aly and Amanda Lease; and his cousin Larry Lease (Karen) of Mt. Blanchard.
