In loving memory of Fay I. Ludwig-Beatty of Mount Blanchard, Ohio, who departed this world on November 21, 2024 at the age of 90. Fay leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Boyd and Thelma Boyd (Gamble); her children, Kenneth Ludwig and Charlotte Retherford; her grandchildren, Jon Wayne Woodard, Tyler Evan Lee Hankins and Danielle Denise Woodard; and her brothers, Keith and Larry Boyd.
She is survived by: her children, Lynn Crouch, Elida, Patrick Beatty and Lisa (Harold). She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, and 12 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 25th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Clark-Shields Funeral Home (301 S Patterson St, Forest, OH 45843). A funeral service was held on Monday, November 25th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Clark Shields Funeral Home (301 S Patterson St, Forest, OH 45843).
