It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Faith Ann Eady-Fraley of Mount Blanchard, Ohio, born in Marion, Ohio, who passed away on February 14, 2025, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her sister Deb Van Atta (Jon); her parents, Jim Atta and Francis Van Atta; and her significant other Dennis L. Fraley. She is survived by: her children, David Foltz (Jessica) of Van Buren, Anne Turner (David "Benny") of Fostoria, Adam (Ashley), Travis Fraley and Amanda Fraley; her grandchildren, Austin, Richard, Jayson, Leevi, JuleeAnne, Temperance-Anne, Bobbii-Lynn, Haylee, Toree, Adalyn, Gage, Ellie, Gracie, Evelyn and Weston; and her siblings, Joe Eady (Cathy), Donna Zoll (Steve), Doug Van Atta (Nancy) and Deanna Van Atta.
A reception will be held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at 327 Summit St, Fostoria, OH 44830.
