She is survived by: her husband Kevin; her daughters, Wendy Laytart (Mike) and Amanda Johnson (Skylar); her stepdaughters, Jossie Steinmetz (Ben), Rhonda Balko (Matt) and Jodi Nye (Seth); and her siblings, Ann Chaffee and Clifford Warner.
