He is survived by: his wife Shelly Smith; his children, Jack Bedford (Danielle), Nichole Brock (Nick), Kyle Forbes (Ashley Carrington) and David Forbes; his grandchildren, Alexandria, Christian, Courtney, Cryztopher, Ren, Cayla, Connor, Cheyanne, Hailey, Peyton, Mioka, Alana, Rachel, Levi, Landen, Trenton and Kylie; and his mother Bernice Smith.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 29th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Charles H. McIntyre Funeral Home (323 Union St, Felicity, OH 45120). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 29th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
