He was predeceased by: his parents, Burnest Banks and Irene King Banks; and his brothers, Phillip Banks and Rickey Banks. He is survived by: his wife Donna Barnhart Banks; his children, David Banks, Debbie Manning (Jerry) and Denise Manning (Monty); his grandchildren, Christin Jerolamon (Kelby), Tasha Banks, Sarah Rought (Zach), James D. Banks and Samantha Kelch (Brandon); his sisters, Kathy Snider, Karen Davis and Sharon Bell; and his nephew Friends. He is also survived by 12 Great-Grandchildren.
