He was predeceased by: his son Mark Hawkins; and his brother Donald. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Bagley; his children, Christopher Hawkins and Jamie Hawkins; his grandchildren, Tyler Hawkins (Meagan) and Amber Hawkins (Sean); his great grandchildren, Mark II, James, Hope, Paul and Mae; his brother Jim Bagley; and his nephews, Bruce, Rick and Kip Bagley. He is also survived by his many friends and family.
