He was predeceased by: his parent Estel Belt; and his brothers, Edward, Charles and Cecil Belt. He is survived by: his wife Helen Belt; his children, Gary Belt (Tina) of Moscow, Rick Belt (Mary Ann) of Moscow, Todd Belt (Bethany) of Moscow and Lisa Haas (Nathan) of Moscow, Ohio; and his sisters, Frances Cann, Edith Tull (Charles), Wilma Green, Barbara Lewis and Christine Belt. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, and 13 great grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, family, and friends.
