He is survived by: his wife Bernice Smith; his son Wade Smith (Shelly); his daughter-in-law Brenda Taulbee; his grandchildren, Reanna Smith, Jack Bedford and Christina Frasier; his great grandchildren, Lexi Hines and Brendan Frasier; and his siblings, Calvin Smith, Jackie Gabbard and Mayola Eversole.
