He is survived by: his spouse Kimberly Mills; his children, Dustin Mills and Ashley Mills (Brad); his grandparent Geraldine Stewart; and his siblings, Robert Haugland, Rusty Mills (Sandy), Tammy Messer (Jim), Lauren Haugland and Misty Davis. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
