She is survived by: her mother Helen Reynolds; her children, Richard B Creed, Jamie Hazenfield (Leah) and Joey Hazenfield (Karen); her grandchildren, Nathan Geiger (Elyse), Sarah Ison (Josh), Jamie Hazenfield (Lindsey), Kristy Cotes (David), Cole Hazenfield (Amanda), Bryan Creed, Savanna Hazenfield and Chancellor Hazenfield; her great grandchildren, Cora, Ava, Thea, Deklan, Skylar, Chase, Sloane, Charlie and Blake; her brothers, Richard Reynolds (late Patty) and David Reynolds (Ruth Ann); and her nieces and nephews, Rita Elliott, Toy Hazenfield, Jr., Bridgett Stricker (Greg), Autumn Hazenfield and Numerous. She is also survived by Numerous Nieces, Nephews, other family and Friends.
