He was predeceased by: his mother Joyce Webb; and his uncle Joseph Middeler. He is survived by: his brother Anthony Webb; his aunts, Judy Middeler, Janet Bishop (Paul) and Denise Middeler; his cousins, Jennifer Sloan (Rodney), Katie Flaugh (Chris), Ann Bishop and Arthur Reynolds; and his friend Gloria Steele. He is also survived by 6 great-nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions, in Andy's name, may be made to St. Vincent de Paul in New Richmond, Ohio.
