He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph and Gertrude; and his sister Diane Perry. He is survived by: his wife Donna; his sisters, Karen Ann Zinzer (Terry) and Linda Schwettman (Thomas); his brother-in-law Eric Criswell (Kim Erbeck); and his pets, Joey and Hank. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations are requested to St. Vincent de Paul and the Cincinnati Children's Hospital.
