He was predeceased by: his parents, Dockie and Dove; and his siblings, Mannie, Lannie, Hollie, Charlie Skaggs, Felcie Helton, Madgie Montgomery, Alice Montgomery and Zula Jenkins.
He is survived by: his wife Merilene; his daughters, Wilma Webser of West Carrollton, Denise Sayre (Dale) of Delaware, OH and Amy Tranter (Terry) of Maineville, OH; his grandchildren, Lorie Webster, Tracy Ruedisueli (Doug), Michael Sayre (Amanda), Nicholas Tranter and Abigail Tranter; and his great grandchildren, Alexis, Aubrey Ruedisueli and Olive Sayre.
Due to the Covid 19 Pandemic, private services will be held at the funeral home with interment to follow in Morrow Cemetery.
