He is survived by: his mother Edie Raines; and his siblings, Steve Raines (Becky) of Wilmington, Mike Raines of Kettering, Travis Tiller of Dayton, Stephanie Sparks (Greg) of Miamisburg and Tammy Raines Bentley of Xenia. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Vale-Hoskins Funeral Home (513 W Pike St, Morrow, OH 45152). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Morning View Cemetery (10 Cr-1503, Livingston, KY 40445).

He prayed for our family in rough times & always asked how they were doing. He was the heart of that restaurant, everyone who had the pleasure to know him will miss him.
