He was predeceased by: his parents, James Edward and Leoda; and his brothers, Doug and James Horton. He is survived by: his children, Erin Stephenson of Loveland, Anna Horton of Loveland and James Horton of Cincinnati; the mother of his children Patty Horton-Sandmayr; his sisters, Connie Howard, Barb Ziegler and Ginny George; and his grandchildren, Drayton Durham, Payton Horton, Quintin Horton, Meghan Berchtold, Bailey Stephenson, Paige Stephenson, Lainey Stephenson and Avery Horton.
