He was predeceased by: his wife Thelma E. Frey. He is survived by: his child Allison Mott (Brian); his grandchildren, Rachael LaPorte (Joshua), Christian Mott, Hailey Frey and Julia Frey; and his siblings, Molly Pence, Geoffrey Frey, Steven Frey, Jennifer Petit, Timothy Frey and Melissa Frey. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
