She is survived by: her children, James Smith (Brenda) of Franklin, Ohio and Laura Cole (James) of Wilmington, Ohio; her stepsons, Chuck McIntosh (Rhonda) of South Lebanon and Troy Lee McIntosh (Denise Curry) of Loveland, Ohio; her grandsons, Zachary Smith, Tyler Smith, Anthony Smith, Andrew Picklesimer, David Harville and Jason Harville; and her great grandchildren, Isaiah Harville, Mariah Harville, Jaylynn Harville, Collin Harville and Kayley Harville.
