He is survived by: his wife Joyce; his daughters, Amy Kennedy (Matt) of Lebanon and Angela Minor of Middletown; his siblings, Gary Wayne Smith of Booneville, KY, Peggy Charlene Smith of Booneville, KY and Betty Elaine Long of Hindman, KY; and his grandchildren, Marissa, Samantha, Olivia, Kenneth Raymond and Jennifer.
