He is survived by: his parents, Kenn Maxey and Linda Sue Maxey (Criswell); his sons, Clifford James "CJ" Maxey and Brayden Alexander Maxey; his girlfriend Darlene Weatherly; his girlfriend's children, Brooklyn and Sawyer; his sisters, Kymberly Rae Burkhardt (Steven) and Kristina Lyn Peters (Jason); and his nieces and nephews, Tristian, Keira, Emeline Burkhardt, Caleb, Abigale, Lillian, Amelia, Titus and Esther Peters. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
