He is survived by: his wife Lois; his children, Chris Kamlage (Dawn) of Maineville and Lori Kamlage of Maineville, OH; his grandchildren, Jade Mortimore, Sarah Kamlage, Rob Kamlage, Katie Scalise and Lucas Kamlage; and his great grandchild Conner Williams.
