She was predeceased by: her father Gary Joe Perkins; her father-in-law John Anthony Schwartz; her brother-in-law Johnny Rae Schwartz; and her nephew Dylan Schwartz. She is survived by: her spouse Vaughn A. Schwartz; her daughter Chelsea M. Smith (Kyle); her mother Ruth Ann Barrett; her siblings, Joseph Perkins (Shelly), Allen Kincade (Ashley) and Jannifer Burden; her mother-in-law June Herman (Hans); and her nieces and nephews, Ryan Perkins, John Avery Kincade, Tommy Burden, Lynsey Perkins, Mackenzie Kincade and Hannah Sue Burden.
