Oakes; his children, Chelsey Lee Casbar (Nicholas) and Brandon James Oakes (Jodi); his grandchildren, Jaiden, Bentley, Ryder and Koa Oakes; his mother Brenda Carol Ring; and his siblings, Tammy Schaffer (Jerry), Shawna Evans (Richard), Kari Ring (Kris Johnson) and William Woodrum. He was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and many dear friends.
