He is survived by: his children, Becky Baker (Tommy), David Payne (Tonda) and Donna Hampton (Mark); his grandchildren, Ashley Payne, Aaron Payne (Bridget), Jordon Payne (Katie), Trevor Payne (Samatha), Jake Hampton, Hayden Hampton (Haley), Jeff Baker and Tammy Huff (Eldon); his great grandchildren, Kaleb Payne, Walker Payne, Asher Payne and Ethan Baker; and his sister Ruth Dewitt (Micheal). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and many dear friends.
