He was predeceased by: his grandson Matthew Cramer; and his parents, Adie Collins and Viola Collins. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie J. Bishop-Collins; his son Terry Cramer (Debbie); his grandson Brian Cramer; and his siblings, Jack Collins and Lucy Arvin.
