He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward O. Mullins and Mary Mullins; and his daughter Debra Wells. He is survived by: his wife Mary Alice Mullins; his daughters, Rebecca Vonden Benken (Greg) and Caitlin Reising (Matt); his grandchildren, Danielle Lowe (Rob), Devon Sherman (Brian), Carly Rosecrans (Spencer), Evelyn Reising and Arden James Reising; and his great grandchild Aurora Lowe.
