She is survived by: her children, Jim Lewis, Tim Lewis, Phyllis Carol Haddix (Wayne), Karen Dunn and Shannon Woods (CJ); and her siblings, Eunice Weber, Lorraine Korn, Garry Tyree and Larry Tyree. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 36 great-grandchildren and 13 great-great -grandchildren.
