He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl and Margaret; and his sister Sissy Engle. He is survived by: his wife Betty Johnson of Morrow; his children, Phil Johnson (Jennifer Casperson) of Nashville, TN, Scott Johnson (Elli) of Maineville, OH, Susan Hase (Doug) of Springboro, OH and Melissa LaFollette (Scott) of Cincinnati, OH; his sisters, Rosie Murphy (Bernie) of Loveland, OH and Bert Johnson of Loveland, OH; and his grandchildren, Zach Hase, Leon LaFollette and Cora Johnson.
