He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Wilson and Mollie Bowman; and his siblings, Harold, Virgil Bowman and Thelma Peters.
He is survived by: his wife Helen Bowman; and his children, James Bowman (Angela) and Sherry Cockerham (Rod). He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild, and many nieces and nephews.
