He is survived by: his wife Nadine Shockey; his children, Steven Shields, Edward Shields, Scott Shockey, Kathy Ann Shockey and Lori Lynn Gordon (Tim); his siblings, Robert D., John Allen Shockey and Carol Ingram; and his grandchildren, Tom, Mary, Rachel, Hannah, Ellen and Eli. He is also survived by husband, father and grandfather.
